• Full Shield Valve Handle Lock ensures that any handle operated by the
valve remains closed during repair or maintenance work.
• The valve locking function is achieved by installing a sturdy valve lock on
the operating part of the valve, such as the valve handle, and then holding
it in place using a safety rape or safety padlock.
• The valve handle lock is made of high-grade engineering plastic ABS
material, which is completely insulated and durable; Superior fracture
resistance and wear resistance, which can prolong the service life of the
product; It can still work effectively in extreme environments. High crack
resistance, abrasion resistance, and resistance to extreme temperature
changes (-46°C to +180°C)
• The lock is divided into two parts, the front end is used to estimate the
handle shaft, and the rear end is used to hold the butterfly valve handle,
preventing the handle from turning
• The diameter of the lock hole is 9.5mm, which is suitable for locks with
lock beams below 9.5mm

Product Description
Valve handle lock function
• The valve handle lock locks a range of different pipes by holding the stem
in the OFF position. Our ball valve handle locks will lock pipes from 1/2' to
8' in diameter, while butterfly valve handle locks can accommodate
butterfly valve handles up to 2.5" and 4".
• Equipment materials also vary depending on the application. There are
also standard ball valve locks made of steel, but they can only be locked in
the closed state.
Valve handle lock usage
1. Beat the valve handle to the closed state.
2. Connect the upper cover of the component to the valve handle from
above, and lock the valve body and valve handle.
3. Slide the lower foot of the component to the upper cover of the
component to connect the two halves of the ball valve lock, in this case,
the valve handle must be sealed below and on the side of the valve.
4. Squeeze the two halves together until the valve is tight.
5. Insert the safety padlock into the hole to make it most suitable.
6. Make sure that the valve handle is tightly sealed and can no longer be
moved.
