DURATUF electrical insulation mats are manufactured as per the lEC 61111:2009 standard set by the International Electrotechnical Commission and are highly electrical resistant. These mats protect from mortal shocks generated by high voltage equipment.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  • DURATUF electrical insulating rubber mats IEC 61111 comply with latest revisions of the International Electrotechnical Commission. 
  • DURATUF electrical insulating rubber mats are manufactured with high quality elastomer,  so free from any type of insertion as per the guideline. 
  • DURATUF electrical insulating rubber mats they are quality tested for di electric strength, elongation at break, tensile strength, aging, and performance around water, heat, chemicals, UV and Ozone.
  • The DURATUF IEC 61111:2009 high voltage insulating mats come in standard black color with color coded product specification labels. So you will get them in a fine ribbed top and a textured anti slip bottom design.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

·         Material Composition - Values Elastomer free from any insertion. Typically, a combination of natural rubber and other synthetic polymer.

·          Mechanical Puncture Resistance (min) - 70 N.

·          Slip Resistance (min) - 50 N.

·         Aging Properties at 70±2°C for 168 hours - Mechanical Puncture Resistance not less than 80% of original value.

·         Flame Retardance- Does not catch fire.

·         Low Temperature Test at -25±3°C - No visible tears, cracks or breaks.

·         Acid Resistance - Mechanical Test Values not less than 75% of original value.

·         Oil Resistance - Mechanical Test Values not less than 75% of original value.

·         Working Temperature - 25°C to 55°C.
